I am an Open Dialogue practitioner, supervisor, trainer, and coach, with a background in mental health services, peer support, and reflective practice.
My work is grounded in dialogical, relational, and trauma-informed approaches. I am interested in how we create spaces that centre lived experience, support meaningful connection, and hold complexity with care.
Over the years, I have worked alongside individuals, practitioners, and organisations in a range of settings—supporting the development of practices that feel ethical, compassionate, and sustainable.
I draw on experience in peer support and recovery-focused approaches, alongside ongoing learning and collaboration with others. This continues to shape a way of working that values multiple perspectives and resists one-size-fits-all solutions.
At the heart of my work is a belief that people learn and grow through relationship, reflection, and dialogue.
